Welcome to Jaipur Tour by Car and Driver. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.jaipurcarrentalwithdriver.com) and all related booking, travel, and transportation services offered by us. By booking or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of tour departure. Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other approved methods. Bookings are confirmed only after a confirmation email or message is issued by Jaipur Tour by Car and Driver.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the trip — Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
• Cancellations made within 3–7 days — 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours — No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the same payment method used during booking.

3. Changes & Amendments

Any request for rescheduling or itinerary changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before the tour start time. We will try our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Vehicle & Driver Policy

Vehicles provided by us are fully insured, clean, and driven by professional, licensed drivers. Passengers are responsible for keeping the car clean and not damaging interiors. Smoking or drinking alcohol inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

While we ensure safe and comfortable travel, Jaipur Tour by Car and Driver shall not be liable for delays, accidents, loss of property, or other events beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or government restrictions. In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

6. Customer Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and other passengers. The company reserves the right to terminate the trip if any passenger is found behaving in a manner that threatens safety or decorum.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect and store only essential information required for booking and communication. Your data will never be shared or sold to any third party. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from services or contracts will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
